Access & visibility
Allow support.ListInboxChannels on your API key. Resource read permissions: core:Inbox.
Workspace access by default. Private member data requires approved member delegation through Brigg-Act-As; the key supplies permissions while private ownership and project boundaries remain enforced.
Request
No parameters. Send an empty JSON object ({}).
Connect your public support address
Use forward_address exactly as returned as the destination in your email provider’s forwarding rule. It is Brigg’s delivery address, not the address customers should necessarily use or the additional Reply-To address. Do not derive it from the inbox slug.
After forwarding is configured, add the public support address. That sends a verification email which must return through this inbox before the address can be used as Reply-To. Retain this row’s id as inbox_id for the support-address operations. Results are listed in inbox creation order and have no cursor.
Response
Returns 200 OK with a JSON body.
This operation has no continuation cursor. An empty items array means no matching visible results were returned.

Errors & retries
This operation reads data. It needs no idempotency key and can be retried after a transient failure.
For rate limits, follow the server’s retry guidance and back off. See HTTP errors and safe retries and limits.
